CCPur, September 18, 2014: President of the Churachandpur District Primary Teachers’ Association, 2011 Mangcha Haokip issued a press statement in regards to the failure of the State government to clear their seven months salaries.
The statement aired the teachers’ anguish against the Educational Directorate, and said the primary teachers under the directorate (2006 batch), whose MGEL have not been completed yet, are yet to get seven months salaries starting from March 2014.
It said even after repeated pleas, the government has continued to remain silent.
It further appealed to the government to complete their Manipur Government Employment List at the earliest as they have been suffering because of it for long.
