The video recording facility has been started from August 25, an NFR release said here on Monday.
A surprise check was also conducted by a team of senior Railway officers, led by the Additional Divisional Railway Manager, Rangiya, on August 23.
During checking, all relevant documents required for issuing Tatkal tickets were checked of passengers who were standing in queue at the PRS counter. This was to ensure that no Tatkal ticket can be issued to a passenger without proper documents.
Such drives will continue in other PRS counters also, the statement added.
