Aizawl, September 30, 2014: Mizoram Disaster Management and Rehabilitation Minister C. Ngunlianchunga on Tuesday inaugurated the two-week training of Young Mizo Association (YMA) volunteers on disaster response at the headquarters of the Fifth India Reserve battalion in Lungverh near Aizawl.
