During the festival competition would be conducted in various items like folk dance, folk song, guitar, flute, harmonium, elocution (Eng), one act play, sitar, classical Manipuri dance, classical vocal and tabla.
According to a statement issued by DYA&SO, Ccpur, youth in the age group of 13-35 years are eligible to participate in the festival through youth centre/club/association/organisations etc which are not professional institutions.
The last date of form submission is Oct 18 and further details can be had from Youth Officer, DYASO.
