NEHU faculty suspension on

Shillong, September 7, 2014: The review committee of NEHU, which examined the alleged sexual molestation case involving Prof. AK Das, has recommended extension of his suspension for another 90 days.

Confirming this, the Acting Vice Chancellor of NEHU P Shukla said on Sunday that the recommendation for extension was made on Friday by the review committee.

The fresh extension of suspension was necessitated as the expiry of the first suspension for 90 days is due on September 8.
