Abdul Hussein (39) of Pangzawl village and Hizbul Rahman (26) of Baghabazar, Cachar district, Assam were arrested last evening and sent to the district jail in Lunglei, the sources said.<br /> <br /> Spasmo Proxyvon is a prominent painkiller widely abused by youngsters in the State and at least 1,145 people have died due to abuse of spasmo proxyvon and parvon spas since 1984, according to the department record.<br /> <br /> Source: Assam Tribune<br />
